Hotels can be crowded, costly and far away from all the exciting attractions. Instead, enjoy a private dwelling just for you and your family or friends. $100 Reservation Deposit

Due at time of booking.  Half of week's rent due before 4:30pm February 24.

$200 Security Deposit

When the housekeeping department has cleaned and readied the cottage for the next guest this amount will be returned by mail, less any charges for damage, missing articles, violation of rules or other abuses.

$20 Cancellation Fee

Balance refundable ONLY when cottage is re-rented for the time period in question.
