For the safety of all guests, please note that if your item was lost while on a ride, or is in a ride area, you are not permitted to retrieve the item under any circumstances. Ride operation cannot be suspended to retrieve lost items. A Knoebels team member will attempt to retrieve it either at the conclusion of ride operation, or prior to ride operation in the days following, depending on the type. Guests attempting to retrieve an item may face criminal charges and be permanently banned from all Knoebels properties. I certify that the above information is completed to the best of my knowledge and is truthful. I understand that while Knoebels will attempt to retrieve my item, Knoebels is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, and does not guarantee the return of a lost item.
